Before I began ingesting AFA blue -green algae twice-daily, I experienced fatigue, frequent colds, immune weakness, dry mucous membranes, poor digestion, and sore joints. I learned that many of these symptoms result from a deficiency in essential fatty acids (EFA’s), an oily substance that makes up more than 25% of the dry weight of the brain. Like 90% of North Americans, I lacked essential fatty acid micronutrient oils simply because of their dietary scarcity. Fortunately, they are contained in AFA blue-green algae. Thus, the AFA blue green algae went to work lubricating the inner workings of my biochemical machinery that enhanced my health on the cellular level and, thus, improved the workings of my body and mind.
