Neoprene & Compression products: Hand wash in warm water, lay flat to dry. Do not wash products in washer or dryer. If you feel your product needs more than a rinse, use a mild detergent and hand wash in warm water. Be sure to rinse out all soaps and air dry product.

Roller Massagers/Foam Rollers: disinfect or clean with anti-bacterial wipes.

We gladly accept returns, please make sure your product is:
– Within 30 days of purchase
– New, no visible signs of wear or use

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email us at info@pro-tecathletics.com so we can assist you with the return process.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to one week for us to process it and refund the product cost to your original method of payment.

At this time we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, however we will gladly cover the cost to ship the new product back out to you.

Pro-Tec Athletics offers a 6 month warranty for any product that fails to perform up to its initial standard of effectiveness. Any product that is determined by Pro-Tec Athletics to have deteriorated in performance due to a product defect which occurs during normal usage within six months from initial purchase may be returned. Please contact us at info@pro-tecathletics.com if you would like to inquire about the warranty process.
