What can you expect after completing the affiliate request form?

  1. One of our dedicated Business Development Representatives will get in touch with you within 72 hours to start the onboarding process. 

  2. When you are contacted by email from our representative, we will need some information about your practice. The information will include:

    • Name and surname

    • Company name

    • Business address

    • Preferred contact address for website

    • Short bio

    • Website address

  3. Once all the images and content are received, your store will be set up within five working days.

  4. Upon completion of the store, you will be contacted to schedule a short fifteen minutes training on how to use the platform.
